interesting reaction.....we get so many complaints about this board...the new board has many new features that have been asked for...and we are going to lighten up on the moderation a bit....there appeared to be a strict interpretation of the criticizing and belittling rule...that wording has been taken out....main change is it's a football only board and stay on topic

Did you get complaints about the sideline? I just don't understand why it would be taken away.

Did you really think you could get rid of a feature as popular as The Sideline and expect the decision to be greeted with universal praise?

I would also like to know why the Sideline will be going away. It would be nice to at least hear what lead you guys to make that decision. Most of theposters aren't going to be happy with this new board.
The sideline was the place where people spoke their mind on the way the board was run.
Can't have that, can we?

I suspect that the posts lamenting the changes without specifically mentioning The Sideline had the demise of that feature in mind. Unless, of course, you were surprised by "bump".
