| It's been a disappointing season so far but I was thinking about who's done well and who's been the biggest disappointment so far this season. Here are my choices:
Best Performers:
1) Matt Jones. Although he hasn't scored much, he's stepped up his play considerable in a year where he was in danger of being cut.
2) David Garrard. He's carrying the offense with the ground game struggling.
3) Khalif Barnes. I think he's played well despite a patchwork offensive line.
Biggest Disappointments:
This is much tougher because there's a lot of candidates here. I can't really pick Mojo or Fred because the running lanes aren't there for them to run.
1) Rob Meier. I didn't think losing Stroud would be a very big deal between Meier and McDaniel but boy was I wrong. Granted, Strould didn't do much for us the last couple of years between his injuries and suspension. However, the D line just isn't the same and Meier seems non-existent most of the time.
2) Reggie Williams. Still a great blocker but the guy simply hasn't produced in a contract year.
3) Justin Durant. The biggest problem on defense is a complete lack of playmakers. Where's the big play? How about a sack, strip and fumble recovery? Something, anything!

| Performers = Scobee, DG, Oline (bless 'em, they've tried) Disappointment = Harvey, Spoon, Walker (I know it's not his fault)

| Disappointment: Myself... I never seem to be early to my seats, my head is often wandering when I should be focused on the play at hand, and I'm costing the team yardage with too many 'unsportsmanlike' penalties.
Performers: Much more than three... Multitudes of beautiful young ladies passing by my seats, as I try to remain attentive to the game. These ladies are there to distract, and are doing the job as well as I have ever seen it done.
You don’t win the title by assembling the best. You win the title by playing the best. JDR

| I don't think Durant is a disappointment at all.
Mike Peterson is a disappointment. Put him there. Durant doesn't belong anywhere on the disappointment list tbh...
.. on vince young
David: he will find a way to throw this game away
David: even tho they already lost
Naddy: i need chargers to get a pick 6 to help out my playoff challenge
David: me too
David: that'd be nice

Something, anything!I wouldn't put Durant in there, alot of guys playing worse than he is..... Top 3: David, Matt, Scobee Not so Top 3: JP, Reggie Williams, Fred Taylor
GO BIG RED!!! BEAT THEM SOONERS!! Jaric (8/13/2007) Why should I fear lendale White? I'm not a tasty Value meal...maize n blue (2/23/2008) Wow. The GM is now "cow manure". It's "not personal" though, right TMD? You are truly a douche.

| Yeah Fred is very disappointing this year thus far. I am not going to blame him I just wanted to see him have one more great year for the record books sake. Oh well, maybe this is the week he gets on track.

Simple.
Taylor is on the brink of a HoF career and needs to show up strong.
Yet, his stats don't conclude anything of the like.
Easy. |
