It includes a website, username and password. I completed the survey the next day. At the end, it says "We will be sending you an email with a code so that you may collect your $5 Target gift card. So that we may send you your email, what is your full name? What is your email address?" The next screen is a thank you screen and that is it. Well, so far, I have not received an email from TNS with my Target gift card code. Did anyone else get one of these cards at the gate? Did you complete the survey and get anything in return? Or was this all a big hoax? I don't know if that makes them any more "sanctioned" by the Jaguars/NFL or not. But it would appear so, since they were handed out on the inside right past ticket collection. We want to be sure that everyone has the opportunity to complete the survey. Once the survey is closed, we send the gift card or other incentive to everyone who has completed the survey. I'm sorry that it was not clearly stated that it would take 2-4 weeks to receive the incentive. At the present time we do not have the ability to send these in real-time. We expect to send the gift cards for this particular survey in about 2-3 weeks, we appreciate your patience. If, after a few weeks, you still have not received the gift card, feel free to contact me and I will look into it further.
