| WVsNumeber1WR (10/30/2008) Matt Jones doesn't have highlights either, he gets touchdowns by 5 yard slant routes.
He drops/bobbles a pass in the end-zone when the win is on his shouders to catch the football.
Chad Johnson is better than any WR on this team, and you will never talk me out of that.
If you watch the replays of the "bobble", Jones got hit at the apex of his jump bumping him back just enough to make the ball hit the tips of his fingers instead of his palms.
I noticed that on NFL Replay yesterday.

| Kareem (10/30/2008) "But to think matt is in Chad's class as a reveiver is just braindead"...Nice grammer there, kiddo.
1) It's 'grammar', not 'grammer'. Kiddo.
2) His grammar is fine for informal English, unless you're complaining about his failure to capitalise 'Matt'.
3) People who live in glass houses probably shouldn't throw stones. |

Informal english? This is a black tie thread, don't bring that slang **** up in this humpty bumpty. Haha. And btw, braindead isn't even a word...so how could his grammAr be seen as even remotely correct, if it's unclear if the word is even an adjective? But nice try, kiddo. |

| | Sorry I'm doing this from a cellphone and I thought using the word would have been inappropriate. Back to the subject. What criteria are you using to rank Matt ahead of Chad? Stats only or are you watching both teams play? |

Stats only or are you watching both teams play?I have watched the Bengals play on multiple occasions this year (due to the fact that I have NFL ticket...hell yea), and Chad Johnson of 06 isn't the guy you see in 08. He isnt explosive, he doesn't block, he can't get any seperation, and he ****es and moans. Statistically he isnt as good as Matt, and using the eyeball test, he's not even close to Matt this year. |

You think Matt is more explosive than Chad Johnson!? Come on, you can't have watched him and believe that. Next you are going totell me Matt has better hands.
I believe you haven't really watched him, but watched the highlights, otherwise, you would know he was double-covered in most games. |

Dude, he's not even the best receiver on his own team. Get off his balls. |
