| ^My man, that's just this year so far. Palmer has been out, and Johnson has been thrown to by the back-up.
Look at Chad Johnsons career compared to Jones, and it will show that Chad is the better WR easily.
No one on this team is even close to Ochos skill.
I'm in Cincy this week!! Jaguars time!!

No one on this team is even close to Ochos skill.Career? What does a career have to do with this year? Emitt Smith had a great career in Dallas, but that doesn't mean in 2004 he didn't suck. Career numbers don't mean crap after you have watched his pathetic performances this year. He is not better than Matt Jones THIS YEAR, and in my opinion will never be again. Have you watched a Bengals game this year? If not, you cannot comment. Chad Johnson has become a terrible route runner, he cannot shake a defender for the life of him. And his gamebreaking speed? Psh, give me a break...I have yet to see him seperate from a defender this year. And you say...nobody on this team is close to Ocho's skill????? Can I get any evidence of that whatsoever? You're basing 85's "skill" off his past numbers...and last I checked, we have a HOF runningback who's past numbers are better than Johnson's, so by your logic he is more skilled! I really encourage you to go on NFL.com and watch 85's highlights from this year...there won't be many. |

| Matt Jones doesn't have highlights either, he gets touchdowns by 5 yard slant routes.
He drops/bobbles a pass in the end-zone when the win is on his shouders to catch the football.
Chad Johnson is better than any WR on this team, and you will never talk me out of that.

Here's something else all of our Jag receiver's from last year have that Chad doesn't and never will...A PLAYOFF VICTORY. |

| ^Haha you are bringing in things Chad can't control.
Jones will never reach the numbers that Johnson has and will. Johnson is having a horrible year and is on the same pace as Jones who is having his best year.
Point proven.

Point proven.Same pace???????? Did you see the stats I put up???? Oh btrw, Chad's actually played in 8 games (one more than Matt) and is still behind him in yards, and receptions. Chad Johnson's "pace" courtesy of ESPN.com- 64 rec. and 624 yards, 4 TD's Matt Jones "pace" courtesy of ESPN.com- 87 rec., 1040 yards, 5 TD's Yea, Chad is right on pace with Matt Jones alright. Chad is a 30 year-old never-was. He's never won a thing, he's already lost a step at such a young age and he's nothing more than a mouth. Matt Jones is the better receiver as of now- courtesy of STFU. |

| Why not go to Football Outsiders' DVOA/DYAR stats?
There, a certain Mr C. Johnson is ranked 12th in the league by DYAR, 22nd in the league by DVOA.
By comparison, the top Jaguars receiver is Matt Jones - 21st by DYAR, 32nd by DVOA.
Quite a gap, I'm sure you'll agree. But - hang on, that C. Johnson plays for Detroit. Where's Ocho Cinco? Just let me scan down the chart... further down... down...
There he is. 50th by DYAR, 56th by DVOA. Pretty much on a par with Reggie Williams (55th by DYAR, 48th by DVOA). Hmm. A DVOA of -7.1% - meaning you'd do better if you replaced him with a stunningly average receiver. Good luck with that. |

| | Matt Jones would not even tell you that while he's while on a coke high! He's had a banged up Palmer all year and is now being thrown to by a backup. Though playing well, Matt has benefited by both. The #1- Porter and #2- R. Williams being injured for the begining of the season. They are not a great TEAM, but to think Matt is in Chad's class as a receiver is just braindead. |

And give me one stat, or play that proves Cahd Johnson is a better receiver than Matt Jones this year....or continue to deflect. |
