| Maybe he won the appeal, highly unlikely, but he did have a strong case as he wasn't technically convicted of anything because he entered the drug court. He won't be convicted/charged unless he fails a test. So it should have been his first failed test for the NFL as you don't actually have to fail a test to be entered into the NFL program and he would only be suspended for the 2nd test by the NFL.

He cant appeal until its official.

| | If I'm not mistaken a suspension means you can't participate in team activitites for the week or weeks you are suspended, which means suspensions should be handed down at the beginning of the week for it to take effect for a Sunday game. Since no suspension was announced on Tuesday, one would assume the suspension won't be this week. If this is incorrect please pardon. Regards............the Chiefjag
