For anyone who has had a significant injury in any sport, there is a very definitive way of measuring strength in an injured muscle or joint. The Cybex machine can measure the strength of a joint or muscle group when compared to the persons healthy joint. Thereby they tell you that you have recovered x% of full strength. Just in case anyone is interested.

The Cybex machine can measure the strength of a joint or muscle group when compared to the persons healthy joint. Thereby they tell you that you have recovered x% of full strength.
