I think we should fire the entire coaching staff, to send a message, but the rehire them to maintain some stability.

| It is not enough to make TMD the new GM. TMD should be both our new GM and head coach. What the heck, let's also make him the assistant head coach, the offensive coordinator, the defensive coordiantor, and the special teams coordinator while we are at it. How does that sound?
