Speaking of Jerry Porter, did anyone see Roy Williams get his first touchdown pass with the Cowboys the same week they picked him up?

Hmm... interesting.

Don't spread misinformation. The catch came in his second game, and his first game he had none.

I don't, get rid of him now.

How do you drop that pass?

Jerry Porter is a waste of time.

Do you think that Jerry Porter cares what you think?

Heck I am not even Jerry Porter and I don't care what you think.

I don't think Jerry cares what I think, i don't think that matters though, I can still say what I think. That is the beauty of this thing we call a message board.

Like I said, I wouldn't mind if he only had two catches if he was at least on the field most of the day burning down the sideline. The guy is done. Hopefully, I am wrong. I just don't see a number one reciever, yeah maybe he was in Oakland, but he can't even prove himself a number one here among this corp. It looks to me like he has been outplayed by Walker, who battles injuries too. Northcutt is outplaying him, so is Reggie. If the guy was young and had a future to build, I might think different, but he was payed to be a difference now this season, and he isn't doing it, and doesn't look like he is going to do it. I'd prefer someone who is at least hungry.

Way to look over the obvious people. First week, second week... it does not matter. Point is, he's been with the team wayyyyyyy less than Porter has been with the Jags and he's already made an impact.

This thread is a "waste of time"

Do you even watch the Jaguar's games? Porter is never even on the field.

Porter was a complete waste of cap room. We would have gotten more out of keeping Stroud even if Stroud stayed injured.

He isn't going to EVER play up to his contract. Blame totally goes on the FO as much of our current struggles do. Hopefully they'll have the sense to fortify our offensive line. As for the defense, i don't know if there is a way to fix that. You've spent 2 first rounder picks and a 2nd round pick the last 2 drafts on defensive players. Only 1 is producing. The defensive line used to be one of the more formidable and deeper units in the entire NFL but is a shell of it's former self. NONE of our DEs are producing, Henderson just gets smothered, and Meier isn't coming close to what Stroud used to do on a game to game basis. LB corps looks a little better and the secondary is good but the d-line has been neglected for too long and we're paying dearly for it.

Can't run and we can't put pressure on opposing QBs nor consistently stop the run. Making the playoffs is just about a pipe dream at this point.
