The next game they play, the first play from scrimmage, Garrard throws him the ball. I mean hike and throw. No three, five, or seven step draw. Let's see what happens. Of course that won't ever happen, as that would mean you are TRYING TO MAKE HIM A PART OF THE OFFENSE! |

So, it isn't one of the duties of the front office to be able to see through a show of BS & make an accurate assessment/ projection of this player??

Is there anything, at all, that you could hold the front office accountable for?

I'm all for it, then their won't be anymore excuses. That 1 drop hit him in the hands, was for a first down, and would of only been his second of the year. Porter having two catches, is pathetic, beyond the team not using him and beyond the injury. Porter doesn't care, from what I've seen. I can't see any other way to explain his lack of production. |

i think they knew they were taking a chance. The WR corp was that bad, they needed take a chance. Obviously it isn't working. But if Jerry had come in and done what they expected, it could be a different season. He could be a difference maker, he chooses not too. The front office was wrong thinking this team was ready for a superbowl run. Two rookie defensive ends and a couple free agent wr's was not all this team needed. |
