| git'er_done (10/28/2008) They're definitely legit. Compare them to our team last year. You can argue that they actually have a better running game than us last season. Their passing game is not as good. So maybe the Jags of 2007 have a slight edge on offence. But the Titans'defence is soooo much better than ours last season. Huge edge for them there. The Titans of 2008 are better than the Jags of 2007, and I thought we had a really good team last year.
We had a team good enough to make the playoffs with a relatively manageable schedule.

| VY going down is the best thing that could have happened to them.

| Thats what i've been saying in brazilian message boards since week 3, the best thing for the Titans was all that **** about Vince, he ****s up the team by thinking he's better than he trully is. Hes being benched by a 104 years old "former" quarterback.

| | I agree that Collins makes them a better team, but don't think that if he goes down and VY is forced to reprise his role as the starting QB, that the team is just going to tank. He was the starting QB on winning teams before, and that was with a running game and defence that wasn't playing at the level this year's team is. |

Fisher is not that dumb to put a mental case in to lead that team. Daryll Smith should be fined!!!!!

| | What I saw last night was a run game that was slowed by the Colts...the COLTS! The same Colts we ran on for over 200 yards with a roughshod offensive line! If the Colts could have stopped the short pass they could have had that game. Yes, the Titans are good and they are for real...but no team is beyond losing. After seeing how slow the Titans offense looks with no run game, I feel a bit better about the rematch with Tennessee. The Jags will have to play tough though.

| This year's Titans team reminds me alot of the 2006 Jaguars team, with the exception of their QB being a seasoned veteran who doesn't make too many big mistakes.
Elite Defense and running game, a game managing QB, and a receiver by committee setup. The difference so far is only that they haven't lost a game.
