I noticed that Naeole will be out for the year; he's finished before he even started. Wow, this team's luck is almost comical.
You make your own luck in life.
The teams that enjoy good fortune don't do so by accident.
If you think so, you're naive.
You're under the assunption that we were going to immediately get the 2006 Chris Naeole as soon as he stepped onto the field. That was unlikely. We don't know if Naeole even would have been that much better than what we were playing at G before him.
Congratulations to the 2008 WORLD Champions, your Philadelphia Phillies!

First off - Naive THIS Second; I don't believe I made a post about it on this board, but I do recall asking Vic if he had said that, before the injury, Naeole wasn't looking the same early last year as he did in the past. I was running with the assumption that he would be an improvement. Neither one of us will know that now. Edit: I forgot to mention that Vic didn't answer my question, of course. |

Matt may be out, Porter's a joke, Williams is the definition of average, Northcutt isn't #1 and Williamson isn't getting many opportunities.
