This team has lost its identity.  For years the Jags have been known as a physical team that can run the ball, stop the run, and will beat you up for 60 minutes.  The Jags just aren't that anymore.  They can't consistently run the ball, stop the run, and they just keep losing the battle at the line of scrimmage.  If the Jags want to turn things around they have to get back to playing Jaguar football.  Throwing it 42 times and Garrard being the teams leading rusher is just going to result in a loss pretty much every time.

Things change.Thats just the way things are.I for one will be trying to focus on the game at hand.We can still win some big games.Still a lot a fun to be had.

And you must play the hand you are dealt.

Honestly I'd like to see a more balanced attack. It is nice to see a passing attack for a change. But at some point we really need to get the running gang open.

The season was lost when we lost our guards.  No guards equal no run game equal defense on the field too long equal defeat.

There is a fine line between success & failure in the NFL as evidence by bad teans beating good teams any given Sunday.  The Jags have lost 4 games by less than 7 points.  They are a few plays, few breaks, few calls from being a success.  That's waht is most frustrating.

Good teams overcome the missed calls and bad breaks. It's just a part of football.

How different would the talk on this message board (and amongst Jags fans in general) be if Matt Jones had managed to make that tough catch in the endzone? The world would be good again, and we would have no issues plaguing the team.

They're missing too many offensive lineman and they have no pass rush. That's why they're struggling IMO.

If OJ just left that broad alone, we would look at him alot differently......
