| I saw a post yesterday that said Matt Jones was a top ten receiver. Dude come on...I am as happy as anyone about but what Matt is doing but lets not get ridiculous. Here are 10 receivers I would take over Matt in no particular order..
1. Steve Smith
2. TO
3. Randy Moss
4. Wes Welker
5. Brandon Marshall
6. Santana Moss
7. Plex
8. Reggie Wayne
9. Chad Johnson
10. Andre Johnson
Matt is a awesome possesion receiver but he is not in these guys class |

| Matt Jones freaking owns, end of story. All of the guys you mentioned have a supporting cast. He was a top 10 receiver Sunday.

| | The thing I will say about Jones is that he is making a believer out of me. He is going to make defenses more honest, and I think this game cements that. I think Jones will be just fine after he serves his suspension, whatever it may be.

| | Welker tied for the NFL lead last year with 112 receptions while Jones had 24 (and about 95 for his CAREER). Welker returns kicks and punts as needed. Jones returns to Arkansas after the season. Jones is facing an NFL suspension for...well, you know. Welker is looking forward to the next three games. I'll leave it to the stat folks to compare the Yards after Catch (YAC) figures but I'll bet Welker leads by a factor of at least 6. Jones = Welker? Hardly.

You can also add welker is a slot guy who catches the ball at 5-7. Jones catches some slants from the outside, but he is also more of a stretch the field type rec. than Welker is. And...comparing Welker to Jones last year is just crazy.
