| | Folio Weekly is beyond rank fish wrap. It is truly the biggest piece of garbage ever to soil our local landscape. In their 10-21-08 Issue entitled "Hope Against Hope", Folio has an article with their "2008 Best of..." for Jacksonville. For the category of "Best Reason to Diss the Jaguars", they list, ready for this? "They get shot." You mealy-mouthed, slacked jawed cowards. Richard Collier dang near loses his life, does lose his football career due to a leg amputation and paralysis, and you slimeballs put that in your waste of ink, dung-laced, oft-not read, free-cause-who-would-buy-such-tripe, journal. I'm avoiding all political takes here, but any Jaguar fan who ever patronizes any of those businesses which advertise in Folio should cease now and forever. I'm all for free speech. But, "let everybody know," it ain't right. It's just cowardly player-hate.

...and he was being completely serious... theres no other way to interpret this theres no sarcasm or underlying message. this guy is just an . I made a Collier comment earlier in the year as an indirect knock on Barnes prasing Colliers play and I was ripped for it. looking back it was the wrong choice of words and something I should never have said. I have NO respect for this man. also Sean Taylor got shot, and a Denver CB got shot this is the real world it happens and its terrible thats not a reason to "dis" any team. cincinatti's arrests are another thing but not when someone gets shot...
