Why do you all hate Rodney Harrison? I never thought he was a dirty player or bad. To me Harrison is just another defensive back in the NFL. Anybody who is glad he's injured, especially bad enough to stop playing football, is a classless fan. He is not, and never was, a classless player. A good football fan does not want the opponent or any other player to get hurt.

He has been voted "dirtiest player in the league" the last few years.

You must not be much of a football fan, because you're clueless if you believe what you wrote.

I am a huge football fan and put the NFL high on my list of priorities. What I am not is a Patriots fan. If Rodney Harrison is really "the dirtiesct player," I definitely would have seen him commit several flagrant personal fouls that warranted fines by now - and so far, I have not seen or read about any such takcle. That is why I believe he is not a dirty player. If you want to call him dirty, show me a list of fines he got for committing personal fouls during games that is longer than the list of fines anybody else had to pay.

Are you saying that the NFL players just pick a random player out of a hat and vote that person "dirtiest player"? No, there is a reason.

For what it's worth this is from Wikipedia:

Controversy

Harrison was voted the "dirtiest player" in the NFL by his peers according to a 2004 poll conducted by Sports Illustrated. In 2006, Harrison once again topped the "dirtiest player" voting by 361 other NFL players.[11] In 2008, NFL coaches awarded the title to Harrison in an anonymous 2008 poll conducted by ESPN.[12] Harrison has also been fined and suspended multiple times, and as of 2002, had racked up over $200,000 in fines by the NFL. A notable suspension occurred in 2002 after a helmet-to-helmet hit on the Oakland Raiders' Jerry Rice.[13]

Dang Y'all. Ease up on JaxJagsForever. She may not be as knowledgable as some, but she's a fan of the team. She's here showing the love. At least she's not a troll. You guys are tough sometimes.

No more needs to be said.
