| Totentanz (10/21/2008) Some of you are obsessed with the Colts. It's sad, honestly.
Someone has to stay interested in that team. God knows it's not going to be the people in Indy much longer.

| The Teal Nightmare (10/19/2008) Somebody from the colts cried after every play. Was everybody else getting sick of the colts asking for penalties?? Lets start with just manning.peyton looked pathetic out there! He's no longer the poster boy for the NFL after all that complaining. The league is gonna have a sit down with him. He throws 2 pick sixes, blames O-line, receivers, ask for pass interference after every play... wow- that was a disgusting display by jughead with all that whining. what a baby!
Manning was an emabrrassment to the NFL today. Boy the colts blew. No defense. They had a solid 1st drive then NO OFFENSE AT ALL!! Nothing until complete garbage time.
If it weren't for that texans throwing the game in the 4th quarter, and lets not forget the refs handing them the minnesota game... INDYSUX
lost my train of thought there.... This from the fans, and coach, of a team that has whined and complained after every single Colts loss for the last five years that the refs cost them the game. |

Even THEIR fans are threatening mass mutiny! Go read their message board......geez, you'd think they were 0-6! It warms my heart, tho...... Some of us are used to more than mediocrity from our team. 3-3 is not acceptable to Colts fans. Its not the refs fault, though. It mostly falls on stupid player mistakes and the coaching staff. |

I am glad to see I am not the only one who can blunder a response. I think you either meant Jags loss, Or Colts win, Then again, I have been wrong before. Sam

That's because "Colts fans" didn't exist during the Mike Pagel/Gary Hogeboom/Chris Chandler/Jack Trudeau/Jeff George years. People thought they existed for a minute in 1995 during the Jim Harbaugh years, but they were found to be extinct by 1996.
While the mythical "Colts fans" seemed to be experiencing a population boom, in fact science shows that their numbers have been in steady decline from an all time high in 2006. Both God and science predict that they will be all but gone from the face of the Earth by 2010 leaving only a bizarrely silent stadium shaped monument to 2006 rotting in the desolate midwestern corn and soy fields known as "Cincinnati Junior".

You forgot Mark Hermann, I had a little hope for him, Pagel wasn't as bad as the team was, Boy just got battered into submission. I did like Chandler, Colts as a team was just not that good ... But somehow, They always seemed to catch a game from the Jets. Sam

| BJORN TOURAQUE (10/21/2008) Too many syllables, I didn't want to confuse the remaining bandwagoneers.I should have known, I figured you had left out Art Sleestack because his name was so hard to spell. How many Turd points would gambling be worth? Art Schlichter, What a waste. George too, Though George had a big arm, Just zero brains. Jack Trudeau had brains, No arm .. Well, Until he decided kids needed alcohol to have fun. . Probably one of my favorite Colts was Billy Brooks, If ever he could have played with Manning. <sigh> Proof of a bandwagon Colts fan? Just ask them who was nicknamed "Toast", If they know that, They aren't a fresh Colts fan. PS, George was a big disappointment, I remember all the comparisons to Terry Bradshaw, They both had big arms and threw the ball with their index finger on the tip of the ball, Any comparison ended there. Hopes were high, And maybe him and Rison could have been promising together (before he flopped), I just can't think of a bigger ego, Or bigger bust. On a side note, A friend of my wife was a cheerleader at Warren Central HS where George played, He asked her out on a date, She refused. After he became "famous" he said to her "I bet you wished you would have dated me now" she claims to have said "No, I think you're still ugly" By the way, She is hot. (shhh, just between us though) Sam

These clowns are only fans of the good colts. the colts have been god awful far more often than good. indy may have finally fielded a winning team over the past 5 or 6 years, but they will always be the saints of the afc to the rest of us.

Not to mention Chris Berman, Mike and Mike, and a 3rd Mike named Michael Wilbon who ALL blasted the officials after that sad excuse of officiating last year.... Oh BTW- Get any face-guarding penalties recently???
