I'd say it's a tie, and I don't see anything wrong with that. People seem to have some kind of issue with ties.
Finnegan is still getting thrown at. That will stop soon. Mathis isn't even being thrown at anymore, so he has less INT opportunities, but he's still got a pair and a pick return TD.
AFC South has some awesome fullbacks; I'd put them up against any division in the league. Although the Colts drag us down with their three-receiver sets. LOL
