I don't think it's going to happen.

if you notice, all of the routes he catches passes on are pretty much curles.

He doesn't catch anything in stride. Whether that's by play design or just his ability, I don't know. But up to this point he hasn't had balls thrown his way in a situation where he can play in stride.

.. on vince young
David: he will find a way to throw this game away
David: even tho they already lost
Naddy: i need chargers to get a pick 6 to help out my playoff challenge
David: me too
David: that'd be nice
(3:44) (Shotgun) 10-V.Young pass deep middle intended for 17-Ch.Davis INTERCEPTED by 29-D.Florence at TEN 29.
David: bingo

I have to admit, I didn't think Matt would make the team this year but I give the guy credit, he's taking advantage of the opportunity the coaches have given him. Now I'd like to see the speed he supposedly possesses by breaking a tackle and out running a DB for the distance.

Could it be this week?

Maybe, but at least Matt is producing well....

unlike another complete & utter waste of the 9th overall pick in the draft.

and also, unlike our starting TE, who runs like a giraffe.

Your right TMD matt is producing

and your also right about the 9th overall pick, Keith Rivers isn't doing squat for the Cincy defense

get out of here fool

In case anyone needs a clue.
Pick a number between 1 and 100, Add 52, Now subtract 7, Add 4, Subtract 13, Subtract the number you started with, Divide by 2, Add 7, Multiply by 4 then subtract 9 ... Viola there's your clue.
Sam

Priceless.

Best by default of course.  But, I'm sure you don't realize that so just thought I'd point it out to you.

Did I ever dispute what he's done up to this point?  If so, quote me and highlight it.  What I will say is that we all know that Porter was brought in to be the go to guy in the receiving corps.  He went down, Jones stepped up, excellent.  But if anyone truly believes that the same thing happens with a healthy Porter, well, I don't know what to say in that case.

Wrong again... JDR said himself that Porter wasn't brought in here to "make a difference"...
