our first back-to-back division victories since 2005. Breaking bad old habits is the best way to create new, well-rounded habits like division titles. I hope this Sunday brings the beginning of divisional dominance.

Are you new here or just using a different name?

The team must know how to handle its win at Indy to beat the Texans. The reason winning consecutive games against division rivals is so difficult is players sometimes do not control their emotions the right way after their first victory. Of course, that is just part of the picture: at Indy, a couple Jaguars got hurt and only one has any chance of playing tomorrow. Beating the Texans Sunday will mean we could defeat two division rivals the first time - meaning we are only waiting for a second chance to beat Tennessee. Now wouldn't that be great toward our playoff potential?

A new as a poster...been a reader for awhile, usually just to get tidbits that we're on the front page of jags.com or ultimatejaguars.com.

I think we're in control of our own fate right now. At 1-1 in the division, with both games played away, meaning we have 3 at home and 1 away, we have the advantage. I think our first two games serve as a huge wake-up call. They were a challenge due to injury and uncertainty; plus, Buffalo and Tennessee are two great teams, at this point in the season. We're getting healthier, we got a huge amount of weight off our back (winning at Indy, after failing to get a victory in '07), and we're even in the division. We've gone 4-6 against Houston, but 1-0 with David as a starter. This team is on the up and each weak they will improve. Injuries aside, this team is in control.

A win this Sunday would be huge.  It would give us a 2-1 division record, with most of the remanining division games at home.  It would bring us to .500 and easily able to overcome the 0-2 start.  Even though we have a ton of injuries, I think we can do it.

I guess we can't talk about college football then because my sister works at UF, so I root for the Gators and not the Seminoles.
