Assuming a big-name receiver gets traded before deadline (that is at least somewhat likely), who would you go for and why?

Let's take Anquan Boldin out of the conversation, because that would be a little too easy.

Chad Johnson
Roy Williams
Someone else I'm not thinking of

.. on vince young
David: he will find a way to throw this game away

Steve Smith, although it would probably take a tow truck to pry him out of John Fox's hands.

Santonio Holmes from Pittsburgh would be a real nice addition here as well.

Torry Holt would be a nice 1-2 year addition to the team, but I worry about what he would cost.

Laverneus Coles would bring some deep speed and a great attitude to the WR corps.

I could go on, but I think that those four, almost untouchable players should be enough.

Go heavy early.

Coles isn't a Farve fan, that might work

Don't forget these possibilities:

Anquan Boldin
Plax Burress
Tony Gonzalez

I think I'd prefer Gonzalez.

I'd love to see 2 TE sets with Marcedes/ Gonzo, especially with Koetter running the O.

But clearly would be thrilled with either Plax or Boldin as well.

Roy Williams & Ocho are punks.

Congratulations to the 2008 WORLD Champions, your Philadelphia Phillies!

moss? there saying having cassel as Qb almost makes him obsolete. but if he's gonna stop trying to catch balls because cassel is throwing them i don't know if i would want him on the jaguars.

I think our best shot would be Plaxico Burress because Burress has a history of noncompliance with the Giants and who knows, he might have had his last shot because he was already on a short leash when he signed his extension...
