Nothing bad to say about the new stadium. It looks spectacular.

The only thing about the new one from the old one is the sound. Not at one point in the game did it sound as loud as the old barn. Not going to speculate why, just something I paid attention to and noticed.

Also, I am sure the weather in Indy is fairly good football weather. I wish they would have opened the top. The top open combined with the windows would look very good I would think.

I really think the crowd issues ore just one of those "new stadium things". When the fins moved from the Orange Bowl to Joe Robbie, they lost something.....same thing with the Broncos switch from the old Mile High to the new one (Denver was virtually unbeatable in their old stadium). And even when the Pacers moved from MSA to Conseco Fielhouse, Reggie Miller said, "give me back the old MSA crowd". As great as new stadiums are, teams AND fans often lose some of their mojo in the move....they just do.

As for opening the lid, you'll never see it happen as long as there's any chance of rain in the forecast. The place has no drainage system (it was never designed to be an outdoor venue, per se....just one you could open up when the weather conditions were right), and with NFL rules what they are about closing it after the game has started, it just won't happen. Lots of rain in the Indy area yesterday.

Curse or not, we didnt get the job done.  Two runners over 100 yards and we still had a chance to make one more stop to win the game.  Scobee is nails in the clutch i new it was done.

Once again grats guys.  GL and lets hope the next time we play it means something as well as far as the playoff hunt goes.  Sure would suck if our next meeting was just for bragging rights only.
