Genius!

Pick a Bronco!

One that has been cut from there. TWICE!

Additionally, from your fellow internet genius's at the Bronco's boards:

Gandy comes from a pass happy offense in Indy...they don't play the ZBS and he's a horrible run blocker...did horrible during preseason.

Better tell that to pirkster, he apparently thinks Indy runs a zone blocking scheme.

Gandy seems to have similar size/ atheticism/ attributes to Meester, so if Gandy's a bad fit for our system, I guess Meester is too.[/quote]

Are You comparing Gandy to Meester.....WOW

He's a Center.

All I am saying is he might be good depth at the Center position if they decide to move Norman to Gaurd once meester returns.

They;ll probably HAVE to do that (Norman to G) when each of the 3 stooges Shack brought in, flops.

It is said that Gandy as decent athleticism & mobility, which is also akin to Meester, so he might be a nice option as a backup to Brad if Norman has to movefrom backup C to starting G.

I think 3 guys that play Center once Meester returns would be enough for depth....Meester, Norman, Nwaneri.

Nwaneri is going to have to start at Guard now. He's the best option we have for that position.

And theres a chance Norman may have to move to the other Guard spot, too.

Considering that, once Meester returns, we will need a backup Center & one that has starting experience, while having similar size & atleticism as Meester, might be a good idea.

Yeah lets wait AT LEAST a week before we cut the guys we just signed and sign another bum...lets see how these guys work out first

What do you really expect from these turds that Shack brought in?? Two of them are REJECTS from the old Houstons Texans O line that routinely got David Carr mangled, and the other player has bounced around other bad Olines himself.

Nwaneri, Reyes (as bad as he is) are better options at starting G for us than the 3 stooges that Shack brought in.

And what do you base qualifying his athletism and attributes on besides weight and height?

He's also said to be agile & quick/ moves well, which is similar to Meester.

I expect them to be backups just like they should be...Its a lil tough to get quality depth after the season starts...so hopefully our guards now will play well enough and not get hurt and we wont have to see the backups

No thanks.

No need for a zone blocking scheme guy on a team that doesn't use a zone blocking scheme.

Wait.  You didn't realize that?

Ooops.

You're right, I didn't realize the colts use a zone blocking scheme.

Oooooooooooooooooooopssssss

Let's see... he was released by the Colts, who continuously draft interior linemen due to depth issues - yet he STILL couldn't make an impact, and was most recently cut by the Broncos - you know, the aforementioned zone blocking team.

So, you're suggesting we sign a guy that couldn't make the cut in ANY blocking scheme?  Yes that's bulletproof logic there, for sure.  Bravo!

You're just bitter that there's yet another newly unemployed Polian pick on the street.

Tell us Dexter... eeerrrr I mean TMD... how a player who has been listed as a OG, was drafted by the Colts to play OG and picked up by Denver to play OG is going to help the Jags as a back-up Center... sure he's played a game or two in the NFL at Center... but his whole NFL career had been over 90%+ playing OG...

But I guess because he was drafted by the Colts to play OG and Denver picked him up to play OG he will fit right in as a back-up Center for the Jags... it must be because he came from those two teams... right Dexter...

Nope.  You're just using spin to cover the fact you didn't realize he was most recently cut by the Broncos.  Your mind was still stuck in mancrush mode when the Colts were mentioned, and visions of Polian crept into the empty space between your ears.
