Is it Thursday that teams release injury reports and tell us who is practicing? I forget. I suppose it's going to be Porter and Jones - Williams hasn't shown up (not many chances to really) but I'm just wondering how these tweaks with the O-line and having a "#1" will change things. But then, what should we even expect from Porter? And what should we expect from Garrard?

I was glad to see him not get happy feet in the pocket - but then the pocket didn't always hold up either. Will he roll out more? Will they do quicker passes? More screens?

I'm just wondering how Porter will change the game plan. Whatta ya think?

Until the "new" O-Line gels, I wouldn't expect Porter to change the gameplan much.

Instead, I am expecting the gameplan to be changed. With Garrard having less time to look downfield, I am expecting more short passes to Mo-Jo and to Marcedes. To me, this doesn't sound so bad as I think we should get the ball in Mo-Jo's hands more often anyway.

We will still take our shots downfield, but 32 and 89 will be our bread and butter for a while in the passing game.

I agree with you.  Also, Northcutt might play a role with short quick passes.

D-No should play a big role as well. As will our defense and special teams. They will have to carry the team for a few weeks just as they did in 2005 and 2006.

They haven't practiced yet.  We'll know if he was limited tomorrow around 4pm.
