Hillarious how bill fan will try and run this smack when your team already has one foot out the door to Toronto. Way to turn your team into a glorified CFL team. By the way, How's Jim Kelley these days?

| Crap I am so sorry for lashing out at you bill fan. I forgot that you guys were so gracious in the punking you got with the Rob Johnson deal. So I officially say to you thank you very much for Fred Taylor.

| Don't know whether the thread starter has previous history of idiocy, but he's not wrong to say that the Jaguars are in a troublesome situation. Take any team's offensive line, lose three key players to football-related injuries and the most important backup to a vicious shooting and they'll be in trouble.
It doesn't mean utter doom for the team, but it doesn't exactly mean it's all sunshine and kittens either. Again, I can't think of a single team in the NFL that wouldn't be in bad shape if they lost four players (three starters) from their offensive line, most of them in week one of the season giving the new line no time to gel.
And as you'd expect, any lineman available in free agency at this point in the season is, to put it kindly, not exactly going to be a first ballot hall of famer.
It's a run of horrible luck, and although certain people are going to be gloating and rejoicing in the injuries because it justifies their doomsaying, the reality is that it's not good news at all for a team that otherwise seemed poised to make a big run this year. |

Finally, somebody is making sense. As a fan of a team that placed 17 players on IR last year, I'll tell you from experience, you guys are in trouble.

BTW- i could swear you had your own message board--or have they already sold the rights to it to Toronto?

| | I am so sick of speculation, either way. Wether it is "dont worry", "the world is ending" or whatever. I don't give a .... , I love this team no matter if we suck or if we are awesome. Every sunday I will be at the stadium or watching away games with pride that this team is from Jacksonville and represents us. You can go ahead and say "well they won't represent Jacksonville for long", so what, ok if that does happen, it happens. I am living for today and loving every minute of them being here. That is a fan, someone that supports their team all the time, wether they are the best team or the worst team. So you are either on the train or you are off. Pick a side and stick to it, there are 31 other teams you can follow. So all the negative talkers leave us and our team alone and find the next bandwagon to jump on. God that felt good. |
