| Garrard completed 65% of his passes, had a TD and two picks.
One pick was something he had to do, because the O-line couldn't block anything, and they had to try and get in field goal range. And troy williamson had the ball ripped out of his hand.
The other pick didn't matter, because we got it right back thanks to Harvey.
So where did Garrard play poorly again?
You guys are stupid and need to wake up.
Garrard can't block for himself too. He was the only offensive player on the field this game. Maurice couldn't even do anything because they had to keep him back blocking.
The entire o-line is in shambles with injury, and so is the WR corps.
And you blame Garrard? Did Garrard miss 3 tackles on a 3rd and 15? Did Garrard miss a chip-shot field goal?
He also has another TD and we maybe win the game if Northcutt doesn't turn around and peek on the ball before making his cut and losing himself in the endzone
What a bunch of whiners, i'm sorry. If Garrard plays bad, then fine, call him on it, I don't care. But he certainly didn't play bad this game, especially considering the situation. You guys criticizing are ridiculous fair-weather fans at their finest.

You apparently didn't watch.
He avoided the first man almost every sack.. instead of throwing the ball out of bounds or at the feet of a receiver (which is what he did even when not pressured) he tries to frigging beat the other 10 men on the field. He stinks. He's got his 60 million and is happy as a pig in crap.

| | 7 sacks is not that good when they are self caused and drive ending. As much as people love to say how much more mobile Garrard was than Leftwich, they forget that Garrard was sacked more than Leftwich due to him not throwing it away. It reared it's head again, that is not good. |

| Self-caused?
WOW, you guys are ridiculous.
Maybe you should watch the game?
Should Garrard switch to left-handed so he can see Kyle coming next time? Maybe he should play shotgun from 15 yards back so Haynesworth can't get to him?
I just gave you stats and facts.
Garrard's INTs were not a factor in the game. And the sacks have nothing to do with him. He's trying to win a football game in a situation where he had everything going against him. Do you expect him to be the coolest guy in the pocket at all times considering the pressure he was facing? Are you really surprised he tried to escape the pressure and got sacked a few extra times? Someone needs to explain to you football. You know what, no. Go pop in Madden and put your receivers in on the O-line, and you tell me if you complete 65% of your passes. You need a reality check.
He also has another TD and we maybe win the game if Northcutt doesn't turn around and peek on the ball before making his cut and losing himself.
He can't run routes for the receivers too.

When is Garrard sucking in a game going to finally be his fault?

| i have liked garrard but i liked leftwih better since i believe leftwich when healthy is a better throwing QB, but this isnt about leftwich its about garrard, and he didnt play at a Pro level today. alot of QBs played bad today Palmer which is one of them. but you need to realize that even with a injured Oline, Injured WR's any good team will find a way to win and today wee didnt do either, only thing we were able to do was pass defense, our rush defense sucked and we could not stop johnson if our life depeneded on it.
I hope for god that next week against buffalo that we play alot better, since buffalo has a more powered offence and a good def. and plus they have our late Stroud. |

Yes, one of the reasons the 'Leftwich Lovers' didn't think Garrard was ready is that he was very much a 'self-sacker'. I'm sorry you cant see that he did that several times today. |

| You're seriously a joke.
Because Leftwich played extremely well last season?
Is that valid at all?
Joke of an argument.
We all saw what Garrard could do last season. It was very clear what he could do this game.
You kids are just being babies. Give it a few days to cool off, maybe watch the game again on NFL replay, and realize just how silly you sound.
You remind me of the kids bashing Mojo and Fred Taylor last season when our running game started the same way. Talking about Fred being washed up and Maurice being overrated. How did that turn out?
Common sense dictates Garrard has shown a larger body of quality work than otherwise when given the opportunity to be the season starter. He played pretty well this game.
You know what, do me a favor, message Vic and ask him about Garrard's "bad" game. He will tell you the same thing. Garrard played great considering the circumstances. Vic isn't some absolute truth or anything, but it's not going to be a surprise when he tells you the same thing, because he, like I, am actually level-headed in regards to football and don't panic like babies.
