Teams realize that Daunte Culpepper isn't a solution. The tapes don't lie. The knee injury he suffered in 2005 derailed his career. Especially since Culpepper tried to come back too soon when he signed with Miami in 2006.

| He was offered contracts by two different teams, turned them down, then cried about not being wanted.
The only problem with Culpepper lies between his ears.

| It's sad to see that such a talented player's career could go downhill because of injury like Culpepper's did. After his knee injury he wasn't nowhere near the same player than before he hurt it. I can't help but feel bad for him. I hope he is successful at whatever he does with his life. I haven't seen an interview with him in forever, so I don't know if he has a future in broadcasting, but I wouldn't mind somebody giving him a chance.

He was sucking before his knee ever got injured.
Without Randy Moss he was nothing.

Without Randy Moss he was nothing. I think given time he would have adjusted to life after Moss. But we will never know.

| He's only 31 so I wouldn't close the book on his career yet. Some team will get desparate and lure him out of retirement.
More than his knee and his sucking, the biggest reason he's not playing is because he acts as his own agent, sends bizarre e-mails to the media, and generally acts like a nimrod. Teams don't want guys like that leading their team.
He's not a 'bad' guy, just not a great leader. That and his hands are too small for a man his size and he fumbles too much.
