It's never a good thing to see the 5 day cone showing this particular path for a storm.

Doesn't it seem like it always goes much farther east than predicted?  If that's the case, then G-R-E-A-T.  Oh well, I've already had 2 weeks off work, what's a few more days?  Ha!

It doesn't hurt to be prepared, but it's a bit soon to get too concerned over this one.

Way too many variables at this point. I just don't see it being that likely with some other meteorological features out there right now.

Then again, you know what they say about the weather....................

BTW, that is one of the better sites for following the tropics. They deleted some really good graphical features over tha past couple of years. That's too bad.

You know those "cones of possibility" are sponsored by the lumber yards and grocery stores and let's not forget the battery and flashlight folks.

Actually i don't know this for a fact just seems that way.

I guess I should pull out my generator from Frances and Jean and make sure it still works even if this one amounts to nothing. Here in Palm Bay we seem to attract the storms lately so I may need it before the season is over with.

From Central Florida south, the probability of any effects are much greater, as is usually the case. While a northern trek is not the most likely, it could affect some of you all downstate. Stay tuned and prepare as usual, but don't lose too much sleep over this one.

I just saw it on the news myself. Not sure if it will even make it to a hurricane or not yet (well that is what the meteorologists think) but it looks like we will get something strong.

Oy Fay

The Mad Dog (2/24/2008)
Had I started in 2003, This team would have seen a SB by now.

Starting from right now, with the team in it's current state, I could have this team in a SB within 2 years/ seasons.

Be nothing more than a thunderstorm when it gets to Jville.

Yawn.

Don't be too sure about this one.

Could get uncomfortable.
