| | Times-Union stated in today's edition that the city will re-open Bay Street at noon for the pre-season game on August 9. It will be closed again on Monday, August 11. |

| | Bay street is an access rd to the stadium that has been closed for a while now and would have caused all kinds of traffic problems for those coming from west of the stadium. glad its reopened! |
