| | This is getting pathetic. And incredibly boring.

| | Favr is ruining his overall legacy. The Packers let it be known they wanted to move on. He knew that, yet he blames them for everything. He has held them hostage over the last 3 or so summers. Move on big guy.

| I can't believe how bad the Packers are getting ripped for this. I stand by their assessment. Brett wants to play and start after electing to retire. You can't come back and expect that to happen for you a month before the season begins.

| Perhaps this is equally about ego and money for Farvrve.
If it were me, I'm getting my 12 million clams by seasons end.
So what if I am already worth 50 mil plus.

BTW, I wish he would retire too. Not my call.

I don't think this is about money for Favre. Although with the emotion that he's allowing to cloud his judgement, it may be a very real possibility that he should be evaluated for a chemical imbalance. He's gotten a little loopier every off-season for the past 3 or 4 years. Maybe he's got a degenerative condition that hasn't been diagnosed yet. |

| | They did, at one point offer up the balance of his contract to stay on with the team and perform sideline duties and some PR work for the organization. I personally think they should have opened their arms and said "Thank God you're back!" and, "Sorry Aaron...Brett's back." I'm going to laugh my huge butt off when the Cheeseheads come in last place in their division and Brett whoops 'em from TB in week 4! If anyone caught the Packers Family Night/scrimmage this past weekend you'll know what I'm talking about!
