| Some demographics could provide some enlightenment here.
In the eighties we were told by some, it was not a gay disease. That it would become rampant among heterosexuals. I wonder if this acually proved out.
In our own country, at least, it never seemed to turn into the epidemic that was forecasted.
It is always a tragedy when it strikes, whoever the victim.

I'm very surprised that San Francisco isn't one of the ten Metro Areas.You missed where it said "in the south" David. Baltimore and Washington aren't in the south, jagubeeria  You're right, I saw the "in the South" thing in the OP, and it threw me. I will blame the beer though. Thanks for the idea.
