| Picking up Porter.Not sure why it takes a station from Michigan to say he has a bad hammy injury and nothing gets reported from Jaguar.com?

They shut him down for mini-camp and the remaining OTAs as a result in order to allow it to heal up for training camp. What else did you require? X-rays? MRI results?

I think he believes it happened recently (Like the time it was reported in Michigan)

| Before everyone busts on the OP.....remember, that Jeremy Mincey is also out for up to 3 weeks of the reg season, and we heard nothing about that either.
So, there "may" be something to the report the guy heard in Michigan. ...and maybe not. I suppose we'll find out within a week, if the info is legit.
I'm honestly not expecting to see Porter be able to practice when camp begins.

He's got nothing to prove here. He's the #1 receiver upon arrival, so let the other guys fighting for roster spots get the necessary reps.

| It was funny how everyone rushed out to assume that Porter was such a big improvement over Wilford....
I'd rather have a healthy, rather inexpensive Wilford on the Jags right now, rather than a expensive NFL welfare guy, who will be sitting in the press box all season.
Injuries like this won't be fine by mid camp. This will linger all season. It will need probably 6 months of rest to fully heal/ thats if it don't need surgery.
