| | I see a bullseye on that knee. Our division is crazy good on the DLine so his mobility is key. Anyway, in discussing Manning on NFL Network, they stated the Chargers have his number because they pressure him up the middle and make him go side to side (instead of stepping up in the pocket). They then noted Gregg Williams likes to blitz up the middle ......

cancel the season! The Colts are doomed!!!! But on a brighter note, we Clots fans have our excuse built in now! Jags will never fully enjoy the division title that they are absolutely ASSURED of now. HA !!! I'll take it anyway at this point. I don't care if Sorge is out there, I'd take a win against the Colts in any fashion. If Manning, Harrison & Freeney were to retire today I'd be at happy hour immediately

Maybe we'll have a go at it this year?

About the only thing this guarantees is an 0-5 or 1-4 preseason for the Colts.
And about the only thing that guarantees is... nothing.
2004 preseason: 2-2; 2004 regular season: 12-4; AFC South Division Champs
2005 preseason: 0-5; 2005 regular season: 14-2; AFC South Division Champs
2006 preseason: 1-3; 2006 regular season: 12-4; AFC South Division Champs / World Champs
2007 preseason: 1-3; 2007 regular season: 13-3; AFC South Division Champs
And of course, we already know that preseason performance is an indicator of nothing because
2003 preseason: 3-1; 2003 regular season: 12-4; AFC South Division Champs
If you are hoping that Peyton's knee problems will aggravate into Marvin-esque proportions, you can rest easy in the knowledge that this will not be the case. Marvin's issue were the result of injury; Peyton's issue is/was a pre-existing condition.

Kind of like all you colt funboys and your pre-existing "condition"?

| I really hope he gets back 100% ASAP. When the Jags win the division I don't want any "asterisks".

| I am confident that Peyton will be back for Game 1 against Bears. In the unlikely event he doesn't come back, what u all going to tell if your team loses to Jim Sorgi lead Colts team week 3

Will Sorgi not get a false start when he starts flapping his arms like Big Bird? Does he have a dad with influence too?
