WW should sell a portion of the jags to the people of jax. Other teams have done it and people can buy a share of the team like a stock. I would do anything to help keep the jags and own a small share.True! This would totally work....I mean, look at how well tickets sell. HA !!! That's almost funny !!! Considering WW has someone offering 1 billion dollars let's do the math. We have a core fan base of season ticket holders of 56,000 people ... 1 billion divided by 56,000 = $17,857 ---- for WW to acheive a competitive offer from the fans, we all need to fork over $17,000 for our share of the team ... OH WAIT .... our family has 4 tix .... we need to pay $68,000

Okay, ..I know it's Thursday now but, not when that was posted. It's all nonsense! The article was written to run in the Thursday edition of the TU.

man if they get sold imma be so pissed! i just got my tickets ,i would never of bought them had i known it was possible for the team to get sold! i can only guess in this case all refund demands will be refused if a deal does happen! and if it does happen i hope weaver cant step foot in a resturaunt without having to check his food for surprises! i thank the Mr.weaver for bringing a home team,but if a deal goes down that, love will turn to hate!  In my humble opinion, this is not an excellent post. you must be from L.A.! i dont like your attitude! so there! dont care what you have to say not even a little bit! dont care about your opinion!dont care about you!you could die in a hellfire ,i wouldnt even notice! im not day in day out on these forums! see what happened was..I was watchin the news,didnt like what i woke up to! if a deal goes down i want my money back plain and simple! so yea whatever dork! be a forum cridict,and realize you take pride in nothing that matters! and after your nerdgasm ,remember you can see the sun in jax! but,now i do hear the smog can be nice in L.A.!! in my most humble opinion,this is a horrible post! BLAH   With the exception of Green Bay, you should already know that it's completely possible for ANY team to move to LA. Your logic is way off in demanding a refund...why buy tickets in the first place if there's a chance that the next year, you won't be able to buy tickets? That's like saying you don't want to buy a Honda Civic Si this year because Honda's planning on discontinuing it next year. Settle down, Francis.

| I don't understand why people keep pointing out the fact that said parties are denying the story. We've seen it a million times, especially in sports, staunch denials and then a team or coach leaves in the middle of the night. I personally don't believe that random reporters just wake up one morning and decide to do stories on the Jaguars. The team barely gets press as it is, so why would the Jags be the focus of some conspiracy. I believe the story comes up every year because there is some basis to it. Unfortunately we won't know until it's official, the same way the Dolphins lost their coach.

| | I hope that Jaguars fans do just continue to push on, do our due dilligence, support the team, and if something should happen, deal with it then, until then, all we can do to attempt to keep the team around is continue to be great fans, continue to buy season tickets, continue to go to the games and have a blast, and hope for the best... Fact is, the rest is out of our control, so, just keep on truckin'...
