| | Seriously? I love the dreaded look too, but let's get real, it only has to do with one thing... THE HEAT. It's been sweltering through OTA's and Mini-Camp, and is only gonna be hotter for Training Camp. Those locks have got to be like three or four layers of thermal underwear wrapped around your head. That's whats up.

| mcol126 (6/22/2008) He cut off his dreads. Why would he do so such a dreadful thing? It's not unheard of for marketing agents/ PR reps to suggest to their players to cut their long hair to make themselves more "marketable". Another reason might be that TC is coming up and it's going to be a scorcher this summer. Maybe he just got tired of it. |

Note the little winky emoticon. This is usually an indication of sarcasm or a bit of friendly teasing.
BTW Balding men, such as Jerry Rice should NEVER wear dreads.

Stigma (6/22/2008) I really like that nickname, The Dreaded D I have a t-shirt that has a Jaguar skull with dread locks that say's "The Dreaded D" on the front and on the back it say's "You only got three". Ralph the guy that owns the Fly's Tie Pub in Atlantic beach made them a couple years ago. Ralph? Is the Irish Accent guy? I used to work on the subway on atlantic beach about a year and a half ago and a man that worked at that pub or maybe the owner always came in with his son every other day and I found out he was a Jaguars fan. But thats pretty cool though.
