Yeah deleting cookies doesn't do anything tally stays exactly the same.. The only way to vote more than once is either by using a different internet browser or a different computer.
The tally isn't automatically updated, so it appears that the tally stays the same, but it changes eventually.

vote here...there are ways to vote more than once...  True, but make sure it actually counts. Clearing your cookies will appear to let you vote again, but the counter doesn't actually show an additional vote added to the total number of votes.
