| | Found this today: Jaguars signed OT Richard Collier to an undisclosed extension. The Jags have brought Collier along as a developmental tackle. At 6'7/360, he is certainly imposing. Collier appeared in four games and started one last year.

| The guy is still a project, but one that the team clearly sees as being worth it. We'll see what kind of progress he's made in conditioning when training camp rolls around.

| | Obviously they feel there are potentially big things ahead for Collier. Now let's keep that new bonus money in the pocket and out of the clubs & bars Rich.

| JagsMac (5/16/2008) This tells me that Collier showed up in the best shape ever.....a great thing!Very true, he spent this of season working out. He looks in great shape. Evertime he came in to the shop he was in his work out attire this off season. I asked him what are you up to. He said "working out and training hard". I said, "man everyone else is on vacation why aren't you'. He replied by saying that he had to stay on top of his game to compete. Last season when I first met him he was massive. The entire 360lbs were mos def there. My most recent talk with him had him slim and sleak looking. I joked and said, "who the heck is this" i don't recognize this guy. He just smiled and said "its just me". I laughed along with him.

| This is kind of old news. If you guys kept up with my cap thread you would have noticed that Collier was extended before the draft.

| Collier still a definite project but could really become something special. He is also really friendly if you see him and call him by name =)
Should have went after Moss. Weaver killing us yet again.
