It was not your WRs that were struggling, it was VY. Why do you think that the FO went and got a TE and RB? They know that better recievers will not help an inaccurate passer. They went out and got dump off personnel so that when VY can not run, he can dump the ball off to Johnson or Crumpler. The coaching staff does not trust VY to win games with his arm, so they are trying to work around his inability to throw the ball.   

They did cut half of the offensive playbook so old Wonderlic6 could keep up. Maybe they just cut all the WR plays.

For being the media darling, definitley not because of his play. Even a Tack can admit who was the best Offensive rookie that year.

Simply not true. He broke some records as a rookie, and took a team that should have been 2-14 to 8-8 after he became the starter. He was also a pro bowl alternate and became the first rookie QB to play in the pro bowl.

He took the team? Are you kidding. The defense that year kept you in all those games. They simply did not let him lose it for them. Why does he get all the credit??

He was a pro bowler, and ROY based on the media, pure and simple. You take MoJo's numbers that year rushing, receiving, and on returns and compare those to Young's and the race isn't even close. That is just how it is.

Fans, coaches, and players vote for the pro bowl. Media has nothing to do with it. He was an alternate anyway. He just happened to play in the pro bowl, which I'm sure had an impact on him becoming ROY as well as his complete body of work. They were probably thinking "Vince Young has rushing yards comparable to MJD's, and he got them from the QB position. How can I give ROY, or even OROY for that matter, to MJD???"

So Wonderlic 6 being the media darling and his adoring fans at ESPN taking every opportunity to puff him up had nothing to do with the perception of those who voted but had no idea what he had actually done. Barbra Streisand.  Further Proof that tack trolls are delusional.

Fan voting accounts for one third of the process. Also, stating media as the direct result Young was a pro bowl alternate because they are influential is pathetic, and quite revealing to your desperation.

That is the world we live in today. Do you have blinders on?

There is a reason why colleges send out elaborate DVD's to all media outlets to garner votes. There is a reason sides of buildings are plastered with college players, to garner votes.

If you don't see that you have your head in a hole.

Coaches and players still get the final say. You're simply implicating that fans at large aren't intelligent enough to make good decisions with their vote, most likely because it doesn't corroborate with your biased opinion.
