It's pretty clear by now that tackfan's view of wonderlic6 as a super intelligent person says a lot more about tack fan than it does wonderlic6. It's like working mathematics in fractions.

Something else funny about Vince Boung.

It is true he got a 16 on the Wonderlic...........

After getting a 6 the first time!!!!!!!!!

Then, because his agent and Mack Brown threw such a fit because the score got out when it shouldn't have, they gave him the test again.

THE SAME TEST, THE EXACT SAME TEST AGAIN.

And he STILL only managed a 16!!

Actually nate, you are again found wanting. He took the wonderlic, but a different version of the test.

Who cares about the version of the test. 'Splain why he had to take it twice? Was it because he really did get a 6 the first time? Huuuuuuuuuuuuunh? The question remains, does everybody get a redo or is Wonderlic6 "special"?

You're getting your stories mixed up here.

1.) He didn't  get a 6.

2.) He retook the test but it was a different version. (indicating a poor score the first time)

Which story is true?

It was widely reported that his test was graded incorrectly (different grading sheet), and was turned in as a six and leaked to the media, which is why he had to take a different test. He took another test to put any doubts away. Had his original test simply been re-scored, it would have just looked like a cover up. This way, he undoubtedly scored a 16, which isn't great, but is far more fathomable than a six, and as previously mentioned, is slightly higher than scores of some current starting QB's.

Everything regarding the wonderlic is here say. The NFL does not release the scores anymore. It is all leaked garbage, besides,  as I said back on page 14 or 15 the qonderlic proves nothing about qb play.

This is true. Vince's agent said the the test would be scored again correctly and released to teams. What's unclear is on which tests he scored a 15 and a 16. He allegedly took the test three times (players can take it as much as they want), and scored a 15 on one test, and 16 on another, with another test being unknown. As you said though, it's all "leaked" information.

Ok, so he scored a 16 on the wonderlic.  That proves he isnt a complete ...he just sucks despite that.

Copout? You cite Charlie Casserly, Floyd Reese and Wonderlic6's Agent. All had good reason to lie. Give me a credible source and I'll believe you. If that's the best you have then we're spinning our wheels here. I thought tack1 was the most delusional tack troll, but now I'm not so sure.

The NFL did its best to silence talk about Young's test. Combine officials said the score of 6 was inaccurate. Titans GM Floyd Reese said he'd heard the first test had been administered or graded incorrectly. Texans GM Charley Casserly also disputed Young's score Sunday, saying it was inaccurate.

Now prove you're not full of ****.

So now you're gonna tell me he's a better QB than Garrard like your buddy tack 1, right?  Shall I post the stats again or are you smart enough to go back and find them.

After watching the rematch game between the Jags and Titans in 2007, I can understand all the hype surrounding Vince Young. I can also understand how the networks wanted to feature Vince Young on Thanksgiving.

I personally don't think that Vince Young will ever be a GREAT QB, but he is the closest thing to Michael Vick and he is entertaining to watch.

That game was pretty ugly, even though Vince did have over 300 yards of offense in that game. Then again, he was playing on, as he did most of the season, an injured quadricep on the leg he throws off of. Our depleted O-Line and D-Line had nothing to do with it either.

Injuries are the worst excuse in football, any level. Every team plays with them, period.

I do think the wonderlic is a joke in and of itself, but.....

A few profootballtalk.com articles I have posted you have gotten on me about the validity of the site as a whole.

Not sure what your point here is. PFT broke the story to begin with (Young scoring a six on the wonderlic), only to have to apologize for misinformation later.

Actually, no I won't, but Young hasn't fulfilled his potential yet either. I think his potential reaches farther than Garrard's. Just my opinion.

The first "news source" in the 2nd article you posted was pft. And he did score a 6 the first "try"
