Be it matt jones, mike williams or whoever shows the most promise. I even hear some of you s screaming to cut northcut after having a great year with us. Show some loyalty **** it. If matt jones has a good training camp then I say keep him. Mike Williams has yet to play a down in the nfl so I don't know where all of this "superstar" stuff came from.

I agree we keep Northcutt, I don't know why we wouldn't. He's one of the only players of his "type" that we really have.

But Matt Jones, even if he has a good training camp I'd rather not keep him... because nothing in his history has shown us he can be a reliable option for us throughout the season.

This is the same thing for Chad Owens. Just because he looks really good in practice, doesn't mean we should ever ever ever ever ever touch him again.

.. on vince young
David: he will find a way to throw this game away
David: even tho they already lost
Naddy: i need chargers to get a pick 6 to help out my playoff challenge
David: me too
David: that'd be nice

My favorite nick name for David Garrard is "Starting Quarterback"

Talk about loyalty.  Man, you don't even know who is on the squad or what their names are.  I think I have found another example of pseudo-intellect on this board.

Garbage time TDs against the Raiders or other blowouts don't mean a thing.

Ask him to do it in meaningful games... He did it in one, at most.

You and others said the same thing about Garrard's wins long long ago. Don't be fooled AGAIN.

You sure guarantee a lot of things that you have no control over.

Also, when did we sign a Matt Walker?

That's because I know what I'm talking about, and I can gurantee those things.  Matt Jones can't beat out those other five WRs so that leaves no room left for him and either the Seahawks or Eagles would love to give one of their many draft picks from 2009 to us for him.

As for Matt Walker, I meant Mike Walker, typo
