I don't even want to know what Peppers or Roy Williams (the good one) could get on the open market.
Unless significantly injured, they'd never reach the open market.
Best case scenario will be for a team to work out a Jared Allen/ Corey Williams-like trade for each, when franchised, pending the "exclusive" tag is not exercised.

There is no way Harris does not get tagged. Although I am with you, Harris in teal would be sweet.
