I was simply commenting on PFT's propensityfor being full of ****. Every great once in a while, they say something worth while. No need to twist my words.

I am going to by you for a moment.

That was not my question.

Not real sure what the first sentence means.....another "all your base are belong to us" type of statement.

I assume you're accusing Psychop of being evasive and not answering the original question. I would suggest that the original question was taken out of context, and does not deserve to be dignified with an answer.

was accused of not answering a ? by Psychop. I answered it and would just like the same. To much to ask, according to zoinks! yes.

Spin it how you want, but it was just a ?

The answer to your question is no, and I never implied as such. Nor did I imply as much about Chris Johnson. You might want to re-read what I originally posted to better understand it. If you want to compare Bush to Johnson (lol), that's fine with me, seeing as how Bush is a big reason the Saints' offense is successful as a whole (say it out loud and lol again).

Actually you were just running off at the anus in defense of your precious tacks, as usual.  And got caught at it.

Porkchop goes down in flames.

You just sumbled into this thread, and it's already getting that old person smell.

Do you actually disagree with what I said about PFT???

No but I disagree with virtually everything you say about the stinkin' titans.

Johnson is a threat with his speed, but the NFL has seen his kind of speed before and the Jaguars should be ready.

Bush is an average NFL player.

I did re-read it.

Thank you for answering my question.

I used to think the same way as you regarding Profootballtalk.com but I am strating to like it. They, like every other media outlet have their downfalls. But they are starting to "do their homework" more, and are not as much of a "Jokester" site as they started out to be. My humble opinion.

Fastest electronically timed speed ever, and the vision to go with it.

If I'm not mistaken, Bush had more receiving yards last season than any Jaguar or Titan player. He has to be accounted for every play, which is why guys like Colston get a chance to shine.

PFT still has as many misses as hits, and a Friday morning one liner with no substance whatsoever doesn't make me change my mind about them.

First off Psychop1, let me start this post off with saying that I think Chris Johnson can be a player in the NFL, he'll be a nice change of pace complimentary weapon who can contribute from day 1 on special teams and actually has a chance at being a legit player..........but for the love of god, stop comparing him to Reggie Bush, because everytime you do it.........you make Chris Johnson look like a future first round bust.

....and I'll explain.

Psychop1 (5/11/2008)
If you want to compare Bush to Johnson (lol), that's fine with me, seeing as how Bush is a big reason the Saints' offense is successful as a whole (say it out loud and lol again).

The only way you can beleive this is if you actually beleive in the whole ESPN "let's make a excuse for Reggie Bush and say"......"While it's true Reggie isn't scoring TDs.......he is a DECOY (when the hell has anybody really been called that?) and is drawing away so much attention he opens up everything else"......FALSE!

The "big reason the Saints' offense is successful as a whole" was the acquisition of Drew Brees, a healthy Duece McCallister, and a absolute steal of a #1 WR in the 7th round (the best rookie drafted by the Saints that year) named Marques Colston. When all three of these players are healthy, defenses have to pay attention to them (like Reggie's rookie year).......again DEFENSES HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE THREE AND NOT REGGEIE, thus Letting Reggie run down the slot and get alot of receiving yards (even though he was drafted to be a RB)

Psychop1 (5/11/2008)
If I'm not mistaken, Bush had more receiving yards last season than any Jaguar or Titan player. He has to be accounted for every play, which is why guys like Colston get a chance to shine.

and here's this response.....

Sorry, but you are mistaken......again Reggie Bush is not "accounted for on every play", infact I remember reading a article last season about a "undisclosed NFL defensive coach" who flat out said "Defenses don't gameplan and aren't scared of Reggie Bush" (you can beleive me or not, don't really care....I just can't remember the article, there's been a couple of dozens of them, it was one of the many of articles from writers that were jumping off the Bush bandwagon last season) and can you blame them.........Bush only averaged a measly 5.7 yards a catch.......your trying to pimp a receiver who only averaged 5.7 yards per catch. I mean do you really want your top receiver only averaging 5.7 yards per catch......defensive coordinators will welcome that anytime and laugh in your face while it's happening.

The "superstar" that your comparing Chris Johnson too.........was one of the WORST RUNNINGBACKS IN THE ENTIRE LEAGUE

and had one of the WORT YPCATCH in the entire leage. This guy was drafted for big plays........you are comparing Chris Johnson (who you beleive is going to be a "big play guy", to a guy (Reggie Bush) who in his total NFL career has had 312 carries and only 3 of those went over 20 yards.

We Houston folk are pretty close to NOLA.....and I happen to talk to alot of NOLA fans and let me let you in on something..........pray to god Chris Johnson IS NOT Reggie Bush. Reggie Bush was called out by his own teamates last year and is quietly in a "put up or shut up" year....(seeing how after Duece went down, the player that stepped us wasn't the 50+ million dollar man....it was career castaway back Adam Steckler)

Like I said though, I think Chris Johnson can be more and if anything you shouldn't be trying to compare him to Reggie Bush........the "big play Bush" has only a 3.7 career YPC and like I said only a 7.3 (5.7 last year) YPCatch....and he doesn't even contribute on special teams anymore.......somewhere I have to beleive Jeff Fisher wanted more out of Chris Johnson when he drafted him. Trust me.....Jeff Fisher wants Chris Johnson to be more like MJD and not like Reggie Bush. MJD is actually a big play guy, a big receiver play guy, and a guy who makes plays on special teams.......Reggie is not.
