| | May I ask why you consider that a "good" article on Harrison? Seems lite on facts, Heavy on opinion. Sam

May I ask why you consider that a "good" article on Harrison? Seems lite on facts, Heavy on opinion. Sam Yes you may ask. He points out the fact that everyone sees Harrison as a good dude. An ambassador for the NFL, when in reality no one has a clue. He supports his article as well with examples, and the fact that he is a quiet dude. You know what they say about the quiet ones... I am not saying it is a good article because he is piling on Harrison. He makes some good points, that was all.

I am not saying it is a good article because he is piling on Harrison. He makes some good points, that was all. I see what you mean, I just thought it is obvious we don't know any other person, On a level that would allow us to say they "Never" would do something bad or illegal with absolute certainty, And that seemed to be a big part of his point. I never looked at Marvin as an ambassador of the NFL, Though I did tend to believe he was or is a good dude. He started out saying "Might", But continued later as if he was discussing facts about the allegations. He as well opinioned "pouting" as it were fact, As he eye witnessed it, Yet as he pointed out so well "we don't know people", So how does he know Marvin didn't just have gas? His pouting theory was based on a look, Not on words or any other evidence to support his claim, Though he uses his interpretation as fact. I had seen a rumor somewhere the casings didn't come from a .50 cal as originally speculated, I don't know if that is true or not, As well as the early rumors had a girl getting cut under the eye, Turned out it was a boy? other rumors have the shooting happening on the freeway, Others outside the bar, And yet other rumors say it was near the car wash which I think I heard was four blocks from the bar. I think most everything I have seen is unofficial and came from supposed leaked sources, Which adds to the confussion. What is fact and what is rumor? Was there actually a second victim shot in the shoulder? I am asking, Not making a point, Is there an actual police report about it? Honestly, I have no clue what to believe, And if Marvin was involved, He deserves the same justice you or I would face, I have no pity for violent criminals, Is Marvin one? Speculation and rumors say maybe, I am willing to wait until more facts emerge or he is actually charged and convicted, If such happens, Good for the police for serving justice as it was meant to be. Sam The only official report that we have at this point in time is that Marvin Harrison has been interviewed as part of an investigation of a shooting in Philadelphia. I could be wrong, but the rest is hearsay. I think Prisco is blowing the entire "pouting" thing way out of proportion. He has always set by himself on the bench. I recently re-watched the 2006 Patriots' regular season game, where he caught two touchdowns and put up crazy numbers. He still sat on the bench by himself. Does sitting on the bench by yourself (continuously...not just once) make you a pouter?

Not everyone sees that Harrison is a "good dude." And until Prisco talks to every single person on the face of the planet that has heard of Marvin Harrison, he doesn't know what "everyone sees." Therefore, it's an opinion...not a fact. Since the story broke, you have been getting the two mixed up.

| | Again, what people don't know is Harrison is a product of the tough streets of North Philly. He still has a lot of that in him. I thought you didn't know him, Pete.

If you polled 1,000 NFL fans before this incident how many of those would say Harrison was "A good dude"? The is what "everyone sees". He doesn't speak out much, he is quiet. Doesn't cause a ruckus like some other high profile guys. Most of those 1,000 fans I am assuming would say he was a "good dude". Better than 96% I would say. I wasn't trying to hit a nerve with the article. What Prisco is pointing out is not wrong. Take it for what it is worth, don't read into it.

I have taken the info. out there and putting together my own conclusions. I never said what I thought was fact. Rather the contrary actually. Look back at my posts regarding this and I have said numerous times that until all the facts have been presented everything we think or say is really a moot point. But you can not fault anyone for formulating their own theory as of now....much like the cops at this point are doing.
