In PA if your gun is used in a shooting, even if you aren't the shooter you are still charged with a gun crime. So at this point Marvin has already racked up a gun crime and obstruction of justice by lying to the cops

Think what you may but this part of the story is pretty **** incriminating:

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3378829

Police then went to a Philadelphia car wash owned by Harrison to question him about the gun. Harrison admitted owning such a weapon, but claimed it never left his suburban Philadelphia home.

However, the source said the gun was discovered in a bucket at the car wash, and tests showed that it had fired seven bullets that matched those found at the scene.

If that's true.. Harrison's just stupid as hell.

Then again... Philadelphia cops aren't exactly the most trustworthy in the world. In fact - they're downright horrible.

I don't know about Philly cops but if this is true he is done.  Roger Goodell will nail him not to mention possible jail time.  Does PA have mandatory gun crime laws?  In FL any crime where a gun is used is 10 if shot 25 years (I think).

So you've met two people in your life, max?

He needs to be in jail.  Colts shall suffer, but they still have a good receiving corps. I am hoping this benefits the jags
