I'm betting right now that when this all shakes out Ocho Ocho wasn't even there when the shooting occurred. Don't forget all the MJD post draft nonsense so quickly.

You are right, but all signs look bad for "Ocho Ocho".

He has already lied to the cops. Seems like he is trying to cover something up. It was his gun that was fired. Then they find the gun in a bucket (presumably to hide it) at his car wash a few blocks away.

Smells fishy.

You assume he's lying, because you also assume he had knowledge about his gun being used in a crime. I could easily assume that someone stole his gun, shot this guy, and dumped it off in his car wash to try an make him look guilty. That speculation is just as good as yours.

You are absolutely right. I never said my conslusion was fool proof.

True.

But the problem I have with you/that (and this might be the problem that Psychop has with it, too) is that you, judging from all of your responses on the subject, appear to desperately want your conclusion to be true.  Whenever I confronted that and made that observation, you ignored it.

You cited Colts fan postings (on a COLTS message board, no less...and I disagree with your interpretation of it) and claimed that they were defending some sort of "cover-up."  You speak as if if this were a Jaguar player, Jaguar fans wouldn't be doing the same thing.  In other words, you seem to single out the Colts' message board.

And you made the snide remark (and would later deny that you said it...I still haven't received word on your reaction to that) that, essentially, asked why Colts fans who post here were so quiet on the subject.

And you make the big, huge assumption that Harrison is lying (which has plenty of holes, one that Psychop brought up) based on a report that we don't know the validity or credibility of.

You have a bias and I get the feeling that you want your conclusion to be true simply out of sheer hatred for the Colts, or Harrison.

And something tells me that you will keep your stance and make comments off of it, even if it were to be proven wrong.

You just don't seem to be taking everything into perspective and you're drawing conclusions based on little evidence.  And furthermore, some of the evidence isn't confirmed.

Where did the report that Harrison lied to the cops come from?  Honest question, because I don't know.

You're already blaming him and holding something against those who don't agree with you.

And clottroll is in no way biased for Harrison. Right clottroll. Hoping against hope that he didn't do it.  Hint: A fight in his bar, he was chasing the victim, his gun, his carwash and his bucket, that sounds like a pretty good circumstantial case to me.

Right, and you are in no way biased yourself, hoping against hope that he did do it.

I believe the facts will eventually roll out on this one, and we'll know what happened. For now though, doesn't it seem a bit strange that the gun would be in a bucket in his own car wash??? Would you shoot someone and just keep the gun around??? I'd dump it in the river and report it stolen. I don't know what happened, and I know that nobody is above criminal action, especially when caught in anger, but right now, I have to give Harrison, who's never been anything but classy the benefit of the doubt. As of right now, he hasn't even been arrested.

Truthfully, I couldn't care less about whether Harrison is innocent or guilty. If he goes to jail, so be it. If he doesn't that's fine too. I just enjoy pulling trolls chains. Yours or clottroll's, it doesn't matter. Harrison is just a means to get under clottroll's and apparently your skin.

Let me get this straight... someone committed a shooting and hid the gun used in a BUCKET at a car wash? Gee that's the last place I'd look if I were a cop. Don't they have any bodies of water with mucky bottoms in PA? Stupid criminals.

I formed my conclusion/at this point opinion based on what is out there. So I guess you can say yes I think my conclusion/opinion at this point right. Right now no one is right until everyhting is out there and the investigation is done. You could be dead on for all I/we know.

I have also never cited a word from the colts message board. I have never even been on it.

And I did comment on the "snide" remark you are questioning me about. Look at the other thread. That is the one I posted it in, you asked me about it and I immediately responded. Posted yesterday at 3:20

I tried to explain this to him in numerous posts. I said it exactly like you did as well. I made what I thought happened, and whodunit off of that, but I am wrong for doing that for some reason.

I never said my conclusion was the gold standard yet I am the bad guy. No one at this point, and I have also said this numerous times is right at this point until the investigation/trial for whoever it may be is over.
