| | Doesn't look like the Jags will pick up an offensive playmaker from this draft. I know there are 2 5th rounders left but those will most likely only produce low end projects like Sharon, Broussard, or D.D. Terry. |

| | Jerry Porter is filling that spot. And it's not like we're desparate for offensive playmaker. Garrard, Taylor, and MJD are pretty decent in that role.
The Mad Dog (2/24/2008) Had I started in 2003, This team would have seen a SB by now.
Starting from right now, with the team in it's current state, I could have this team in a SB within 2 years/ seasons. | |

| Sage (4/26/2008) our offense is perfect right now.
I hope you are right.
I like the aggressiveness in obtaining the defensive upgrades but I would have liked to see an offensive weapon, WR/PR/KR, added in the 3rd round. |

Defense was our major key and we fixed it. we'll be fine dude, we have a lot of guys getting better. |

| | I agree about the RB's, the Jags are set there. WR is a different story though. I know Porter will make a HUGE difference, but the rest of the WR's are nothing to mortgage the future over. Other then Porter the Jags WR core had 128 total receptions last season (Northcutt 44, Williams 38, Jones 24, Williamson 18, Broussard 4, and Walker 0). Wes Welker had 112 alone ! |

| | The offensive playmakers in this draft come from the RB position, not the WR position. The WRs in this class aren't rated that high. |

Terry.if you put sharon and broussard in the same boat it justifies the sillieness of this post. you obviously have not been watching this offseason. jerry porter and troy williamson are playmakers. who were you going to draft in the third round that was going to be that much better than them? this is just plain silly. the offesne is fine.
