| rfc17 (4/26/2008) surprising pick by Titans. but Im not looking forward to playing against Chris Johnson. he is super fast!he is like a poor mans reggie bush but faster that doesn't sound right. he is a good reciever and excellent returner. i think that people were saying that he could play reciever at the next level. he is a playmaker that you are gong to have to account for period.
| We will all have to make the choice between what is right, and what is easy. Give freely unto others, be brave in the face of your enemies, love those who hate you for those who hate you will only win if you hate them back, be generous with praise-it costs nothing, love all men, and fear not for he will come. There will come a day when the courage of good men will fade away and the tyranny of the weak will destroy mankind..., but today does not have to be that day! remembe this day men, for it is the curse of man that they forget... | |

| I thought Houston did a good job.
We all laughed, a lot at Tennessee's pick. Chris Johnson in Round 1? What?
Sure he's fast... he's also a 180lbs runningback.

| I felt pretty good about what the other teams in our division did. And outside of our division, I am also happy the Steelers did nothing on their offensive line.

| he's not a player who will have an impact on anything more than special teams.
One of the worst 1st rd picks in the history of 1st round picks. It is obvious he was picked because of a 4.2 forty. Nobody had him in a top 8 RB list until the combine.
The Titans have one fast backfield with Henry and Johnson. Too bad it is not a very talented one. |

| Tigeras (4/26/2008) The Titans didn't address WR...
RB in the 1st... DE (Jason Jones) in the 2nd...
was that a reach? Did the Jags trading up and getting Groves throw a monkey wrench in their plans?
I wouldn't say Jones was a reach.

rfc17 (4/26/2008) surprising pick by Titans. but Im not looking forward to playing against Chris Johnson. he is super fast! And goes down when a feather touches him. He'll never make it past our defensive line.. someone will get a hand on him before he even gets to the LBs.. who are really fast too. He runs with a lot more toughness than you think. I think he will be a very good player for them in the future. Definatly don't want to let him get into open space because if he's even he's leavin. He is the fastest player I have ever seen on any level of football.

He is the most versatile player in the darft and will be an impact player in their offense next season. My prediction is that he returns at least 1 kickoff for a touchdown and has 1500 all purpose yards next season.

He is the fastest player I have ever seen on any level of football. I know he wasn't very highly rated, but often speed kills. In Chris Johnson the tacks have a RB who's as fast as Alvis Whitted and Tavian Banks. They're not about to pound him at the line of scrimmage, but if they're backed up and Johnson gets loose, nobody's going to catch him. Reggie Nelson needs to pay extra close attention to Chris Johnson when they play. With a good angle, Nelson might have chance.

| I was happy with what the Tacks did. I was shocked when I heard their pick. I was expecting "Devin Thomas" or "Limas Sweed", not Chris Johnson. If they want to take a third down only running back and a special teamer with their first pick, go right ahead. Reminds me a bit of the Ted Ginn Jr. pick from last year, just not as high.
