| They apparently have realized that Stigma knows everything about the draft and everybodu else is clueless. They will allow Stigma to draft for every team. Outlawing mock drafts and opinions was done so as other people who think they know something don't waste their time. Because unless they agree with everything Stigma says, they know nothing.
