Quick question that I'm not sure about. What would happen if we traded for Jason Taylor and he retired without playing a game? Would there be some kind of league compensation? What would keep "loyal" players from doing deals like this to help the franchise out and retire without playing the next season?I'm not positive but I think the trade would be negated and everything returned from where it came from. How could it be negated if the Dolphins already used the pick on a player? Would we be given their #1 next year? That would probably be pretty nice.
