| | I waste time every monday morning reading Peter King's weekly SI column: Monday Morning QB (also an equal amount on Tuesday for the follow-up). This monday's column he's got a mock draft going...but doesn't have Jacksonville picking. He's got Carolina picking twice (#13 and in Jax's spot for a trade). I submitted a question to him asking if he knew something we didn't...perhaps about a Jax/Carolina trade for a guy whose name rhymes with Schmulius Sheppers.
Either write something worth reading, or do something worth writing.

As a writer myself, I applaud them for having stuck with the talent and having a national outlet for anyone to respond (both positively and negatively). I don't hold any personal value on King's or Banks' or Zimmerman's or Prisco's or Ketchman's above anyone else. I do know that it's interesting to observe the broad spectrum that is the NFL across multple media sources. Regardless, King is a writer in a position to know about future deals that might be made before we have the privilege to know about them. This might be one of those occasions...might not. You take it for what it is.

I don't Carolina will be willing to deal with that. Maybe a third rounder.
